Mary's Birthday!!

Mom wanted to celebrate her birthday in Lanesboro this year which turned out to be a fabulous idea! They have season tickets for the Commonweal Theater (which, if you haven't ever heard of it is every bit as good - if not better - than the Guthrie!). We saw The Rainmaker. It was a superb performance! Ron and Nancy Christensen celebrated with us. After we saw the shops, we had a wonderful dinner on the Root River. Mom had walleye and Dad had surf and turf. Nancy got a little cool as the sun went down, so they gave her a fuzzy, warm shawl! What a great place! Mom even got a free dessert that she shared with us - yum! Happy Birthday Mom!
