Isabella's Dance Recital

Isabella stole the show and our hearts with her performance! She was watching her director and had the BEST curtsey! We were so proud of her! Oma and Opa, Grandma Winkels, Aunt Greta, and Emma, and Minerichs at the Winkels house after the show for a delicious dessert. Way to go Isabella!

BW3 Hot Wing Eating Contest

Ben and some of his colleagues decided to "spice" up their professionalism by participating in a Hot Wing Eating Contest. They had 12 BLAZIN' HOT wings to eat (that's the hottest one they have). Whoever finished first one. Guess who that was! My amazing husband! His time: 3 minutes.

Grandma Debbie Babysits!

Grandma Debbie flew down to Charleston to nanny for a week - thanks for sending the great pictures back to MN!! Greta is growing so fast!

Sunday Visiting

Ben and I picked up Mom from the airport - she flew in from St. Louis after visiting her sister and all my wonderful cousins and nephews. We took her out for Mother's Day and then we went visiting....we went to see Alison and Jonah and then we were off to see the Winkles. What an enjoyable Sunday! Thanks everyone!

Babs the wonder dog came to stay with Ben and I for the long weekend while Troy and CJ went to his sister's college graduation. Ben and I had the best time with her - what an excitable, lovable dog!

Reetz Cabin

Debbie was called to do a fantastic talk on Mary and Martha Friday night for over 300 women! We were lucky enough to get a recap at the Cabin and see Grandma Pat and Julie and Allie! What fun it was to see the family and share in laughter and love.

We dropped Mom off at the Airport and went to see Andrea play for the Delta Delta Di in their Championship Roller Derby game at the MN Convention Center. THEY WON!!! It was super exciting!

May Day Parade

Rob and Erin invited us over to celebrate Spring with the Powderhorn May Day parade. It was a perfect day to gather with friends and enjoy the sun!

John and Sarah Werner invited us over to celebrate Spring with a great meal of lasagna and laughs! Lil' Ben is a hoot! We can't wait to see what he will discover next!

Spontaneous Saturday!

Ron and Nancy Christensen and Mary and Arlen made a day of spontaneous learning and fun with Ben and I. We started off at the Living Green Expo at the Fairgrounds and attended some interesting seminars and saw some innovative energy saving ideas. We met Ben at the Light Rail and took it down to a Twins Game that went into the late hours of the evening - 11 innings!! We even ran into the Leonard's! What a wonderful time!
